As an architectural designer, Sulia contributes to all the phases of a project, from sketching in design development, client and consultant coordination, to the final walkthrough. She strives to learn, and brings a thoughtful, collaborative approach to her work.
After obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Master of Architecture from North Dakota State University, Sulia joined Blumentals/Architecture full-time in 2026, bringing in previous experience in multi-family housing, community-centered design, as well as student and community engagement. These experiences shaped her people-first approach to design and strengthened her passion for creating spaces where people can flourish with dignity.
