As an architect, Layne is deeply involved with the design and technical documentation of our projects, including conducting site visits, client communication, construction documents and administration, team coordination, and visualizations. Layne believes that architecture extends beyond aesthetics and structure; it can influence emotions, foster connections, and enhance well-being.
Layne holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Utah and a Master of Architecture from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. She joined Blumentals/Architecture in the winter of 2025 with previous experience in a variety of project types including multi-family housing, government, retail, and commercial.
