As an architectural designer, Layne is deeply involved with the design of our projects, including conducting site visits, client communication, construction administration, construction documents, and visualizations. Layne believes that architecture extends beyond aesthetics and structure; it can influence emotions, foster connections, and enhance well-being.
Layne holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Utah and a Master of Architecture from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. She joined Blumentals/Architecture in the winter of 2025 with previous experience in a variety of project types. Layne is committed to continuously learning and earning her architectural license.
