Underwood Terrace Apartments project includes the construction of a new two story, 32 unit apartment building, with private playground located in Lake City, MN. The project was developed by Three Rivers Community Action in conjunction with Lake City.

The site, which was donated by the Lake City and adjacent to the newer City Police Department building, has anchored this new development as a premier location surrounded by bluffs.

The building is clad in a neutral stone veneer base with steel lap, and board-and-batten siding.

Apartment units are designed with spacious kitchens, ample closet space, private laundry, and energy-efficient appliances and heating and cooling equipment.

Underwood Terrace is an example of a fluid and supportive team that was thoroughly collaborative with Lake City to create community pride in future housing.
