RiverEast Apartments is a 4 building, 120 unit affordable rental housing community located in Council Bluffs, IA.  Blumentals/Architecture provided architectural design services for a substantial interior and exterior renovation, totaling over $5 million.  Residents get to enjoy several community amenities including a brand new clubhouse with fitness center, a courtyard for grilling and a fire pit and pergola for entertaining, newly updated child’s play area, garages and off-street parking.  The apartment homes are 2 bedrooms / 1 bath & 3 bedrooms / 2 baths which feature brand-new in unit washers & dryers, granite countertops in the kitchens & baths, upgraded lighting, balcony or patio, and much more.
