Our Lady of Peace Hospice Care

The Our Lady of Peace campus on St Anthony Avenue in Saint Paul provides a 21-bed licensed residential hospice center, offices, support spaces for home care services, and an existing residential convent. The main facility was constructed in 1980, with the existing convent building on the south retained and incorporated into the design to create the courtyard configuration.  Purpose-built for long-term nursing care, the building has been adapted to support end-of-life care services, within the constraints and disadvantages of the double occupancy, semi-private nursing care facility layout.

The multi-phase project includes additional parking, an entrance canopy, a renovated lobby, and a lounge that will be more welcoming for guests and patients. 

The renovation and addition was completed in 2023.
