As Project Manager, Erick has many responsibilities within the firm including overseeing the development of project documents & construction administration, managing project schedules & budgets, specification writing & building long-term client relationships. He enjoys the challenges of working out details on projects, researching new and innovative products, and working closely with owners & contractors to deliver a project on time and within budget.
Over the years at Blumentals/Architecture, Erick has been involved in many different building types including multi-family housing, financial, industrial, & commercial projects. His primary focus is multi-family housing, playing a lead role in the new design or renovation of over 50 properties, totaling over 4,000 living units, and covering 10 states.
Erick joined Blumentals/Architecture after he graduated from North Dakota State University in 2001 with a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design and Architecture.
