Client:
This project includes the reconstruction of moisture damaged walls,
addition of office space, control desk reorganization and community
meeting room space to the Community Center. The community meeting room
options are expanded with new accessible rooms to go along with the
existing. A new serving kitchen is added with a serving window.
The City Hall gets upgraded mechanical/electrical systems, reorganized
interior space and new finishes. Two new elevators enhance the
facility’s accessibility. The administrative offices take over the lower
level of City Hall and allow departments on the upper floor to expand.
