The project called for a new, two-story addition to an exiting office building. The design was shaped to replicate the massing and details of the existing one- story, brick building.

 
The tenant of the existing building will expand into the first floor of the addition while the second floor is available other tenants.

The project site also received significant improvements in parking layout and amenities to enhance its fit with adjacent uses.
