The initial designs studied the development potential of a key property in Northfield adjacent to both a major thoroughfare and a potential commuter rail line connection to the Twin Cities. The resulting mixed use scheme contains commercial space on the first floor with 102 units of rental housing above. A lower level parking arrangement accommodates residents and retail users of Westside Square.
