This project called for site improvements at this MPHA multi-story apartment building which had no functioning site amenities. A number of elements were added which included a patio and water feature, planting areas, a new trellis, and security/privacy fencing.

New furnishings, benches and tables were planned which, for the first time, created inviting, user friendly outdoor spaces for residents. As an apartment complex at the corner of two very busy streets in northeast Minneapolis, new fencing and gates were designed to discreetly provide defensible space and heighten security, and to do so in an attractive and design integrated way.
