Maple Ridge Townhomes

These new townhomes are arranged in a six building group on an undeveloped, forested site. Extensive efforts were made to retain many of the trees for occupant use, and site amenities.

 

The rental townhomes are a mix of two and three bedroom units. Five buildings are side-by-side, 2-story structures with tuck-under garages. Three of the units were specifically designed to meet requirements for full accessibility.


One building was designed as a 3-story townhome. All buildings were planned for possible future conversion to owner occupancy.
