This 5-Unit public housing project is located in the upscale Linden Hills neighborhood of Minneapolis. The design was developed to echo the character of neighboring buildings.

There are three, 3-Bedroom units, and two, 4-Bedroom units of which one has been specifically designed to meet accessibility standards. A separate garage to the rear provides a stall per unit.
