Proposal for river front housing Client: This proposal included the use of a
60-foot clear span pre-cast concrete plank floor system to allow for
ultimate flexibility of the floor plate. The building steps out to capture
river views for interior units and creates beautiful river-facing,
penthouses with decks on the top floors. This unbuilt housing proposal highlights
th3-D computer modeling capability we possess in-house. Using AutoDesk Revit software, we are able to very quickly put down on paper design concepts that clearly communicate the thoughts of our design team and allow you to react to these ideas from a position of clear understanding.
