Client: Three buildings containing 60 apartments needed renovation and updating. The project called for replacing flat roofs with sloped ones and enhancing the exterior finishes with new siding and site work. Interior renovations were extensive and included new kitchens, improvements to common spaces, and new wall and floor finishes.
