Sunlite III Multi-Tenant Building

Brooklyn Center, Minnesota

This is a multi-tenant building with flexibility designed into the project from the beginning. The facility was designed for up to six (6) separate tenants with separate entrances and loading docks.  

The office area includes in its design convenient hookups for toilet rooms along the length of the building.  

The roof structure is designed for the added weight of future roof-top mechanical units.

The original tenant leased the entire building.  With the simple removal of a door,  B/A was able to turn one of the entrance areas into a very nice conference room with many full height windows.  The other entrances were used for the public entrances with separate entrances for the warehouse crews.  

This building features 24-foot clear interior height. Additionally, the 32’x40’ bays give the Owner many options when it comes time to re-lease or subdivide the building.
