1998-1999

Restoration/renovation of an historic 11-acre farmstead, transforming it into a community-based, multi-use office, meeting center, and ten-room inn. Located in a first ring suburb at the junction of two freeways, the buildings form an oasis of a pastoral setting around the original farmyard and watering area. The inn links the three houses and the carriage house previously scattered on the site.

The old equestrian show ring/hippodrome, formerly a dirt-floored shell is now a full service meeting and dining facility for 1,100 people with an extensive catering facility.

Due to the success of the initial development, Blumentals/Architecture Inc was responsible for the second phase of the Farm development, adding the final building and linking the buildings into one integrated facility.
