At the request of a private developer, a design scheme was prepared for 53 units of townhouse and apartment housing sited next to the Mississippi River overlooking the Minneapolis skyline. The six story facility included 2 stories of internal parking for occupants. Fifty of the units feature two-story spaces. The amenity laden building also includes balconies, lower level additional storage and units with views oriented either up and down the river.
